It’s hard to imagine that we’re nearly 1/4th of the way through the NFL season. While the fast movement of the schedule is a sobering thought, the good news is that each passing week gives us more data from which to evaluate the fantasy experts. That should translate to more informed start/sit decisions going forward based on our accuracy data.
So which experts nailed their picks this past week? We’ll examine by taking a look at our top 10 standings. You can also view our Year-to-Date leaderboard to see how the competition of 130+ experts is shaping up.

Congrats to Donald Gibson (Football.com) for handing out week 4’s most accurate advice. Gibson helped his cause by delivering several high profile hits. Most notably, he was 1 of only 2 experts to slot Chris Ivory within his top 10 RBs. Ivory made that decision pay off to the tune of a career-high 166 rushing yards (plus a TD). Gibson also took a chance by ranking Todd Gurley (his RB #23) within RB2 territory. That may sound like an easy pick in retrospect (146 rushing yards later), but it was gutsy call considering Gurley was coming off a game where he had just 6 carries and was facing a stout Arizona defense. Gibson’s rank was a full 12 spots above the expert consensus. Gibson also gets credit for going against the grain with sleeper hits for Eddie Royal (+21 rank spots vs. ECR) and Sam Bradford (1 of 3 experts to rank him inside his top 10 QBs).
