FanDuel NBA Playoff Lineup Advice: Saturday (5/7)
Draymond Green

Draymond Green will be hard to fade on Saturday’s small slate

What’s up FantasyPros readers, Geoff Lambert of GoingFor2.com here to bring you today’s NBA FanDuel lineup advice. Two-game slates are sometimes the most difficult to play, because if you miss on that one guy that goes off, then there is a good chance you are not going to cash. But we love the NBA and we love DFS, so we are going to play anyway. Here is today’s lineup…

Point Guard

Damian Lillard (POR): $8,500 vs GS
Lillard has been the only consistent player in this series thus far. He has also been a Warrior killer this season at home having had a 63 and 73 FD point game against them this year in Portland. I don’t think he will get 60-plus tonight, but I can see him going over 50 in this one.

Kyle Lowry (TOR): $7,800 @ MIA
Lowry hasn’t been good in these playoffs and is a big reason why the Raptors have struggled in both of the two series in the playoffs so far. Still, the fact remains, the Raptors will only go as far as Lowry can take them. Expect them to lean heavily on Lowry in this one and just hope that this is the game he finally breaks out.

Shooting Guard

C.J. McCollum (POR): $7,000 vs GS
McCollum was much better in Game 2 than he was in Game 1, but the Blazers are going to need even more from him if they expect to get this series back to Oakland. Both he and Lillard tend to play much better at home, so look for McCollum to have his best game of the series tonight.

Terrence Ross (TOR): $3,800 @ MIA
With a two-game slate, there will always be that one position that you will have to completely punt, and this is it. Ross has been playing much better over his last two games. Should he log another 25-plus minutes tonight, I expect him to be in the 20s in FanDuel points. At $3,800 you will take that.

Small Forward

Maurice Harkless (POR): $5,100 vs GS
Hark has been very up and down so far in the playoffs, but the small forward position is such an ugly one on this slate that he is the best available. He’ll probably be high-owned because of this, and therefore, won’t hurt too much if he has a bad game.

Andre Iguodala (GS): $4,700 @ POR
With Stephen Curry out of the lineup, Iggy has had to step up and play more minutes than he is used to, and he has responded with some pretty good games. The Warriors will once again need the veteran to play big minutes with Curry expected to miss Game 3.

Power Forward

Draymond Green (GS): $9,600 @ POR
By far the best player on this slate, with Lillard being the only other player I would consider. Green needs to be in 100 percent of your lineups and will probably be the highest owned player on the slate. Fade him at your own risk.

Luol Deng (MIA): $6,500 vs TOR
Deng hasn’t been as good in this series as he was against the Hornets, but some home cooking might do him good. With Dwyane Wade and Hassan Whiteside playing through injuries, the Heat will need Deng to pick up the scoring slack. I expect him to do just that today in Miami.

Center

Jonas Valanciunas (TOR): $7,000 @ MIA
J-Val was killing the Heat in Game 2 and is a big reason Toronto won that game. Whiteside is a better help defender than he is an on-the-ball defender, having struggled with Al Jefferson is the first series. He now has his hands full with Val in Round 2.
