Shohei Ohtani left the yard with authority on Tuesday. His solo HR in the ninth inning traveled 450 feet with an EV of 118.7. He would finish 1-for-4 with one RBI and a run scored.

Fantasy Impact: Ohtani is thriving in his role as a full-time DH. He leads MLB in BA and is second in OPS. At his position, Ohtani is leading in OPS, second in SLG, second in HRs and second in RBIs. This has been a slower stretch for the Dodgers but keep an eye out for Ohtani running down Marcell Ozuna in HRs and RBIs at DH. Ohtani should be held without question by his managers.

Cal Raleigh got the Mariners' offense started on Tuesday hitting a two-run HR in the top of the first inning. He would go 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBIs.

Fantasy Impact: Raleigh is now tied with Salvador Perez for the lead in HRs at catcher with six. He is second in EV among catchers trailing only William Contreras and third at the position in SLG. Raleigh is replicating the power he showed in 2023 when he finished first in HRs and fifth in RBIs among catchers. Power behind the dish is hard to find and managers should hold Raleigh unless they have a viable backup and gaps in their starting lineup.

Julio Rodriguez hit his first HR of 2024 on Tuesday, a 435-foot two-run blast in the third inning. He would finish 1-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs.

Fantasy Impact: Julio has turned things around after a slow start. Over his last 5 games, he has a BA of .500, an OBP of .500, a SLG of .583 and three SBs. His HR Tuesday traveled well into the second deck in Texas with an EV of 110+. Julio managers should hold him in high regard as the SLG is coming around and his BA is up to .278. If Julio is hitting for power and consistently on base his fantasy ceiling remains elite; he is in the 98th percentile in sprint speed thus far.
