Madison Bumgarner named Giants Opening Day starter

Fantasy Impact:
This obviously comes at no surprise. Bumgarner will be taking the ball on March 29th against Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Bumgarner suffered a shoulder injury last April, which limited him to 17 starts during the 2017 campaign. Bumgarner finished 4-9 with a 3.32 ERA and 101 strikeouts in 111 innings pitched.
