Todd Frazier used to be a fastball reliant hitter. In 2014 that seemed to change when his SLG vs non-fastballs increased by over .100 points and his HR rates vs non-fastballs increased by over 13%, from 2013. (Gammons Daily)

Look for Todd Frazier to continue his ascent as an elite third baseman in the NL. These numbers indicate that his improved swing mechanics are effective and that he has the ability to improve from season-to-season. Expect increased power numbers in the area of 30 HR.
