Ichiro Suzuki drawing interest from three teams

Ichiro Suzuki is drawing the most interest from the Baltimore Orioles and Miami Marlins, with each team active in pursuit for the past month. (Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Both the Marlins and Orioles are in the market for more outfield depth and Suzuki would factor in as a fourth outfielder. He may not even break 300 at bats this season, but, even in the twilight of his career, Suzuki has still hit .275 over the past four seasons and .284 in 359 at bats last season. Another big factor for the 41 year old Suzuki is that he is 156 hits short of 3000 for his career and he would like to hit that target. He will not provide very much in the way of extra base hits and has seen his steals drop for five consecutive seasons, but he still provides a solid backup outfielder with his contact rate and good defensive play.
