"Vogey" will return to the Giants on a one-year, $4 million deal. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Ryan Vogelsong had multiple suitors this offseason, as his name was tied to the Twins, Rockies and Astros before he decided to return to the City by the Bay. Vogelsong had a miserable 2013 campaign, but bounced back slightly to the tune of a 4.00 and a 1.29 WHIP in 2014. His 7.36 K/9 was good for 19th in the NL among starters. He'll be 38 before the 2015 campaign is over & is likely not worth a roster slot on draft day. In 16 home starts last season, he had a 3.06 ERA & a 1.07 WHIP while giving up only two home runs. If he keeps this up, Vogelsong at home is a viable 2015 streaming option, especially in deeper or NL-only leagues.
