Billy Hamlton has spent this offseason working with AAA manager, Delino DeShields, focusing on strength and conditioning, as well as making better contact. This is the first time in Hamilton's career that he has not played Winter Ball. (Cincinnati.com)

Hamilton struck out 117 times last year. If that number goes down, he will likely be able to raise his OBP and in turn his SBs. On the other side of the coin, a lack of Winter Ball might cause a slow start for Hamilton.
