Talks between Phillies and Brewers about Jonathan Papelbon have hit a snag

Last week the Brewers appeared to have great interest in closer Jonathan Papelbon, but the Phillies and Brewers have not talked about Papelbon in the last two days. While something could happen down the road, Papelbon's no-trade clause appears to be the big issue preventing a deal. (Rotoworld.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Unless one side or the other budges on their stance, a deal likely wont happen. Should Papelbon remain in Philadelphia, he will likely be the closer again this season. There is no secret that the Phillies want Ken Giles to be the closer down the road, as soon as this season, should Papelbon be moved. In any event, Papelbon remains one of the top closers in baseball and will be grabbed in any fantasy league.
