Aaron Judge continues to impress

The 2013 first round pick destroyed the low minor leagues in 2014 and it should not be long before that power is brought to the Bronx. The 6-7, 230 pound behemoth draws comparisions to Giancarlo Stanton and Dave Winfield for good reasons. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Judge may have only hit 17 HRs in the minors last year, but the consensus is that he will be an annual 30-40 home run hitter in the MLB, especially playing in Yankee Stadium. He also has elite plate discipline for a young hitter in his first full year of professional baseball, posting 89 walks in 2014. He was able to dominate the low minors in 2014 and will face much stiffer competition in Double and Triple-A in 2015. If he is able to clear the hurdles in Trenton and Scranton-Wilkes Barre, Judge may bring his prodigious power to the Bronx earlier than his late 2016-early 2017 projection would assume.
