Alex Bregman leaves game after taking ground ball off his chin

Alex Bregman left Thursday night's game against the Texas Rangers after a ground ball took a bad hop and hit him directly in the chin. Bregman was bleeding and appeared to be somewhat dazed when leaving. (Levi Weaver on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
While there is a good chance this is not a serious injury for Bregman, he did appear to be shaken up after taking a hard-hit ball to the chin. He was playing shortstop for the Astros since Carlos Correa is currently on the injured list. Look for an update on his status on Friday.
