Brandon Belt's Spring Training is off to a hot start, as in 20 plate appearances, he has a .412/.500/.647 slash line with 3 walks and 4 strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
Belt has had a very inconsistent career, seemingly being either a power hitter or a contact hitter, depending on the season. He missed 100 games last year, but was coming around before his season was derailed. While Spring Training statistics don't count for much, he's one to monitor. If he puts his power and contact skills together, he'll be a high-end corner infield option in mixed leagues.
