CC Sabathia will pitch a simulated game on Thursday in hopes of following it up with his spring debut soon after. (USA Today)

CC Sabathia has taken things slowly so far this spring after undergoing knee surgery in 2014. He stated everything is going as planned and he feels good, so assuming the simulated game goes well, he should pitch in a game soon afterward. Sabathia has been a workhorse and always has been able to eat up innings and rack up strikeouts. Fantasy owners should monitor him throughout the rest of the spring. He could be a high risk, high reward pick in this year's fantasy drafts.
