Fantasy Impact:

Severino will require Tommy John surgery and will miss the entire 2020 season. “After much consideration, as well as the Yankees organization, my family, and my representatives, I have elected to adhere to the advice of the medical professions and undergo surgery to repair my injured elbow,” said Severino. He was limited to just three starts due to rotator cuff and lat injuries, and could even miss some of the 2021 season. Severino is a dynasty hold, but should not be drafted under any circumstances in re-draft leagues.
