According to Royals' manager Ned Yost, Ryan Madson has been the most pleasant surprise of the big leaguers in camp. "You can see where if he stays healthy, he can help us" he said. (Andy McCullough on Twitter)

In his last season before TJ surgery Ryan Madson recorded 46 saves. If he proves his health, he could be yet another weapon in the Royals' bullpen.
