Daniel Straily allowed two hits and one earned run in 3 2/3 innings pitched on Sunday. He also walked one and struckout four.
Fantasy Impact:
Straily really needed this kind of outing, as the only run he allowed was on a solo-HR, and that was easily mitigated by the four Ks. He is still vying for the #5 SP slot for Houston, but it is uncertain if he or Roberto Hernandez will get that job to begin the season. Until he is guaranteed the role he should only be drafted as a speculative late-round pick in AL-Only leagues.
