Zoilo Almonte clears waivers, outrighted to Triple-A

The Braves had thought that Almonte would make a push to make the final roster and perhaps even push for the LF position but he faltered this spring, sporting a .245/.243/.265 slash line in 49 at-bats. (Mark Bowman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Almonte has promise but he needs further development and this move will give him the opportunity to play everyday and increase his skill-set. We may see him back with the club sometime this season but currently he holds no fantasy value.
