Braves release SP Wandy Rodriguez

It was just two weeks ago the manager Fredi Gonzalez announced that Wandy had earned the 4th rotation spot on the club. Rodriguez pitched well this spring, posting a 3.13 ERA and a 23/8 K/BB ratio over 23 innings. He should be able to catch on elsewhere. (Mark Bowman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wandy is an innings eater and we'll have to see where he lands next to determine actual fantasy value. But he proved this spring that he still has some worth in fantasy.
