Jaime Garcia starts throwing program

Fantasy Impact:
GM John Mozeliak said Jaime could be back on a mound within two weeks, and could start a rehab assignment following treatment. Garcia has had some serious injury issues in the past and doesn't seem to be able to stay healthy. For now Carlos Martinez is locked in as the fifth starter.
