Cole Hamels, 37, intends to pitch this year, but his throwing session for MLB scouts has not been scheduled yet. The San Fransisco Giants are among the teams to express preliminary interest in Hamels, according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network. (Jon Morosi on Twitter)
