Fernando Rodney blows save in Mariners win Sunday

Thanks to Fernando Rodney the Mariners had to take this game into extra innings to get the win. Going into the 9th inning the Mariners had a 7-3 lead on the Athletics. Rodney got roughed up for two walks, four hits, and four earned runs. Rodney was eventually credited for the win after the Mariners scored in the top of the 10th inning to win the game.
Fantasy Impact:
This was not a good outing at all for Rodney who got himself into trouble early in the 9th inning. He is still the undisputed closer for the Mariners and should see plenty of save opportunities this season. With that being said this hurt fantasy owners to watch. Do not panic yet though, he only blew three saves all of last year. Look for him to get back on track whenever the next save opportunity presents itself.
