Ian Desmond goes 3-for-4 in loss to Red Sox

The Washington Nationals fell to 2-6 on the season following an 8-7 loss to the Boston Red Sox. One positive from the loss was the hitting of Ian Desmond, who went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored. Desmond is now hitting .200 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Desmond had been off to a slow start, but the three hits on Tuesday is a good sign. Currently hitting seventh in the order, Desmond will play every day and could move up in the order when he starts hitting. It's too early for fantasy owners to give up on Desmond.
