Andrus went 2-for-5 with 1 RBI and a stolen base. He is now batting; .183/.180/.447 with 1 home run, 6 RBI and 2 stolen bases.
Fantasy Impact:
It's an understatement to say that Andrus has been struggling this season. He was drafted to be a speed/average player but so far he hasn't given much of that at all. Some fantasy players have considered dropping him outright but I urge you to stay patient with him. He is still a very capable player and when he goes on a hot streak the steals will come in bunches and he will make owners forget about this slow start.
