J.J. Hardy received Cortisone injection for shoulder

Orioles shortstop J.J. Hardy received a Cortisone injection in his left shoulder on Saturday and will be down until the middle of next week, according to the teams' official website. (Baltimore Orioles)
Fantasy Impact:
Hardy will not be returning to baseball until at least Wednesday. Showater believes he will have to do three or four rehab games after the discomfort in his shoulder subsides. Hardy has a career batting average of .261 with 167 home runs (ESPN).
