Nick Markakis went 1-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in win today

He now posts a solid .333 batting average and is off to a solid start for the 2015 campaign. His K rate stands at 12,3% which is near his career number, but his walk rate is 15.1%, which is dramatically higher than in previous years. This is indicative of good plate discipline. His wOBA and wRC+ are both well above average as well.
Fantasy Impact:
Markakis is still widely available and he would make a solid addition to fantasy rosters as long as he continues to produce and it appears he is on track to do just that.
