Mark Teixeira hitless in win

Mark Teixeira was at first base again on Monday but was unable to get going. He finished the game 0-for-4 with a strikeout.
Fantasy Impact:
Mark Teixeira has been swinging a hot bat and was named the AL Player of the Week last week. He has already blasted eight home runs and added 18 RBI. He is 0-for-7 over the last two days though but those streaks can be expected. He has not batted above .250 since 2010 so his current .227 average is about par for the course. For fantasy purposes, his value will rest on his power numbers. He very well could be a feast or famine kind of play with the hopes of some home run and RBI production.
