Tigers first baseman Victor Martinez goes one-for-three with one walk and one run scored in a 4-3 victory over Minnesota.
Fantasy Impact:
While he's off to a very slow start at the plate (only hitting .250 on the year) and has yet to show any semblance of the power he showed in his bat in the 2014 season (still has zero home runs), Martinez is still sporting an impressive .379 on base percentage. With that said, his issues with his left knee are still alarming. Now may be the time to see what you can get for him via trade. Put some offers out there before it's too late to trade him, potentially, in the future (due to a potential DL stint).
