2B Jason Kipnis went 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs in the comeback victory over the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Jason Kipnis has a .344/.462/.688 slash line in 8 games since moving to the leadoff spot. He has also hit three home runs in his last five games. Bizarrely though, despite 83 stolen bases in the last three years, he has not stolen one since being promoted to the leadoff spot. This is the best we have seen from Kipnis for a while, so a first 20:20 season looks to be much more of a possibility than it did pre-season. Jason Kipnis divides opinion, so keep enjoying the production if you are a believer, otherwise sell now as his value is unlikely to get higher.
