Braves lefty Alex Wood continued his mediocre play last night, surrendering three runs over 4.1 innings pitched against the light-hitting Philadelphia Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
It is still early, so there is no need to go selling low on Alex Wood. However, some concern is there, as the Phillies are not a good-hitting team and tagged him for nine hits in a short outing last night. Wood added four strikeouts but also walked two batters, and he labored through the night by throwing 90 pitches in his four plus innings. I would buy low on Wood right now.
