1B Carlos Santana scored two runs as he went 1-for-3 with a home run and a walk in the defeat to the Royals on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
It was Carlos Santana's 25th walk of the season. Having been moved up to the second spot, Santana is likely to have players on-base in front of him and if he does take a walk, then Michael Brantley and Brandon Moss can drive him in. Santana is hitting just 0.250 in May but has four RBI and seven walks. He might not offer the 30+ home run potential of the elite first basemen but he is a very productive, underrated member of the second-tier.
