On Friday night, Manny Machado went 3-for-3 with three singles, and a walk, in four at bats. Even though the Orioles lost to the Yankees 5-4 on Friday, Machado was a bright spot in the game showing what he can be at the plate. (Baltimore Orioles official twitter)

What does this mean for the struggling Orioles? Machado who has struggled recently at the plate was looking for a rebound game and he got it. Now the biggest question is can he continue it, we've seen Machado have games where he has been a constant threat every time he is at bat. But we have seen the games following where Machado has looked like a completely different person then the night before. Saturdays game against the Yankees will be a good indicator on whether Machado is turning into a constant threat or just sticking to his old ways.
