Red Sox outright Allen Craig off of 40 man roster

The Red Sox cleared Allen Craig through waivers, took him off the 40-man roster and outrighted him to Pawtucket. (Pete Abraham on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The fact that Allen Craig cleared waivers with no one picking him up shows just how far he has dropped in value. Craig was a top hitter just two years ago. Injuries last year and the inability to get on track this season has hampered Craig. Hopefully he can focus in Triple A and get back to his 2012-13 form.
