On Wednesday, Bartolo Colon really struggled against the Cardinals in the nine to nothing loss. Colon went 4 1/3, giving up eight runs on 11 hits, while walking two, and striking out four. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Four days before he turns 42, Colon finally started to act his age. He lacked control in his pitches and was missing spots. But its not time to panic on Bartolo, he has shown that he can be dominate in his starts this season. But he is aging and tonight could be a pre-cursor for him to start slowing down. It's only one game and he will bounce back, He has shown that he can be very dominate this season. It's not time to panic on Bartolo everyone has bad starts and this is just one bad one for him. He will look to get back to dominating in his next start.
