Alcides Escobar continued his recent slump by going 0-for-4 in the Royals 5-1 loss to the Yankees. He now only has 5 hits in his last 38 at-bats and is hitting .270 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Escobar has slowed down considerably after a solid start to the season. To his credit, he has played through a few lingering injuries that may have kept other players out a long period of time. Fantasy owners may want to sit him until he turns things around.
