John Axford collects sixth save

The Colorado Rockies squared off against the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday and won by the score of 6-to-4. In the win Rockies closer John Axford entered in the 9th and shut the door for his sixth save of the season. He did not allow any batter to reach base and struck out one.
Fantasy Impact:
Axford continues to be a shut down closer since getting the role due to injuries. The Rockies have been struggling to win games which is limiting Axford's value. Axford should be on most fantasy rosters but he still needs to gain more opportunities before he enters a must-own territory.
