Chase Headley was 1-for-5 against the Athletics on Thursday night. This marks the worst performance of of the past seven days for Headley, who has used a 1.018 OPS over the past seven games to regain fantasy value.
Fantasy Impact:
A key part of Headley revival is his plate discipline; he has four walks in the past seven games after walking only three times in the preceding 23 games. Headley's .718 OPS is not good for fantasy owners, but for his career, Headley has a .718 OPS in the first half and .804 OPS in the second half. Headley has not faced Friday's starter for Oakland, Jesse Hahn, but has a .753 OPS against right handed pitchers this season.
