Stephen Strasburg exits with injury to his left trap muscle

Stephen Strasburg was removed after pitching to one batter in the second inning (total of 16 pitches). Reporters were informed postgame that he has an injury to his left trapezius muscle. He will be evaluated Saturday. (Dan Kolko via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg had previously reported pain "under his shoulder blade" which suggests that an existing trap muscle injury was aggravated in this game. A DL stint is probable.
