Wil Myers takes batting practice successfully on Wednesday

He hit for about ten minutes and hit the ball to all fields. He ended the practice with three straight balls over the wall to left field and was in good spirits afterwards. His manager was quoted as saying "What we saw today is really, really encouraging". (The San Diego Union-Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
This was a great step forward. The last time he tried passing this test, he re-aggravated his injury so there is much to be optimistic over. He will take another round of batting practice Friday at Cincinnati so stay tuned for further news in the future.
