Cardinals LHP Jaime Garcia pitched eight strong innings on Friday night, striking out eight and while allowing four infield hits and walking zero in the Cardinals 4-0 victory over the Royals

Garcia has continued his strong start after starting the season on the disabled list. Garica lowered his ERA to 2.06 for the season and has been dominate, if unlucky in all five starts this season. He improved to 2-3 and is giving the Cardinals and owners everything they could ask for.
