Hanley Ramirez sits out on Friday

Fantasy Impact:
He was hit by a pitch on the inside of his left knee on Tuesday. He played Wednesday and Thursday but something in his hamstring during Thursday's game prompted a sixth inning visit from the Red Sox's trainer. John Farrell said Ramirez was just getting "a day to get over" the soreness so for now this doesn't appear to be anything serious.
