Another solid outing for Wandy Rodriguez

It was another solid performance for Wandy Rodriguez tonight as the veteran lefty limited the Minnesota Twins to just three hits and one run over 6.2 innings in the Rangers 6-2 victory. Rodriguez did not figure in the decision as he left the game in the seventh with the Rangers trailing 1-0. Rodriguez walked three and struck out six. (www.mlb.com)
Fantasy Impact:
As I've mentioned previously, GM Jon Daniels should be given a lot of credit for picking up Rodriguez off of the discard pile at the end of spring. He's been outstanding for the team and his veteran presence has been a key to the success of the rest of the staff.
