Doug Fister to start against Rays tonight

Doug Fister, on the DL since May 15 with right forearm tightness, is expected to start tonight at Nationals Park against the Tampa Bay Rays. (Mark Zuckerman of Nats Insider)
Fantasy Impact:
Fister (2-2, ERA 4.31) was a stalwart of the Nats' 2014 rotation (ERA+ 152), and admitted that his injury affected his 2015 performance. If he returns to form, he'll give you innings and a low walk rate, but not many strikeouts.
