Zack Greinke again brilliant in another no-decision

by Stan Son | Fri, Jun 19th 12:39am EDT

Zack Greinke did not allow an earned run in seven innings Thursday night against the Texas Rangers. He allowed four hits, did not issue a walk, and struck out eight. 57-of-89 pitches were thrown for strikes.

Fantasy Impact:

This is getting ridiculous. Greinke is 0-2 in the last eight games he's pitched. In that stretch, he's allowed two or fewer runs in seven of those outings. Greinke is in Cy Young form, sporting a 1.81 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, and has struck out 83 batters in 94.2 innings. Unfortunately, his record is 5-2. If he can start racking up the wins, he can end up in the tier right below Max Scherzer.
