Fielder enters Friday's contest one HR shy of 300. He would join his father Cecil (319) in the 300 HR club, making them the second father-son combination to accomplish this feat with Barry and Bobby Bonds being the only other. With Father's Day approaching this could make for a special moment for the Fielder family.
Fantasy Impact:
Friday's matchup against Chris Sale is historically a tough one for Fielder, who is 4-for-25 with just one extra base hit in his career against Sale. Prince will look to change his fortunes against the tough lefty hurler tonight.
