Ryan Howard goes 0-for-4 in loss to Cardinals

by Kerry Kauffman | Sat, Jun 20th 10:14pm EDT

The Phillies managed just six hits in a 10-1 thrashing at the hands of the St. Louis Cardinals. Ryan Howard, who had homered in each of the last two games, went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. Howard is now batting .232 for the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Howard is on pace for a 30-home run season, but is showing little in any other statistical category. His on-base-percentage is just .274 and has a terrible strikeout-to-walk ratio of 71-to-12.
