Adam Jones gets first RBI since coming back

On Monday, the Baltimore Orioles got crushed by the Texas Rangers 8-1. Providing the only offense for the O's was center fielder Adam Jones, who got an RBI single in the fifth to put the O's on the board.

Fantasy Impact:

Jones has struggled this season to be healthy and in the line-up everyday. He just recently came back to the team after resting a nagging lower body injury, that keep him out of most the games from last week. But through 65 games this season, Jones is hitting .292, with 10 home runs, 37 RBI, and has an OPS of .814. Jones has been a consistent threat this season at the plate, and has been able to provide life to an offense that at times lacks consistency. The only problem with Jones this season is that he has struggled to stay healthy through the first half. While I would worry to much because he is still a player that can bring great offense to any team looking for a strong bat in their line-up, it is worth warning potential owners that he has struggled with health issues so far. Jones is a solid player and will look to get his production back to where it was before he was injured as we approach the all-star break, and the end of the first half.
