Is Mike Napoli in danger of losing his job?

The Red Sox do not plan to use David Ortiz as a replacement for Mike Napoli on a regular basis, the Providence Journal reports. Napoli, who has five hits in his last 46 at-bats (.109), was given a day off Sunday. (Porvidence Journal)
Fantasy Impact:
Mike Napoli has been pretty much awful the whole season. Other than a few power outbursts his hitting has been terrible as he is hitting .192. It is getting to the point the Red Sox may have to make a decision on Napoli if he cannot start hitting. He is droppable in all leagues.
