Brett Lawrie went 0-for-3 at the plate as Oakland loses to New York (AL) by the score of 6-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Lawrie has stepped it up at the plate for the A's since the start of June and was getting closer and closer to hitting .300 at one point last week (.291), but he's just recently been struggling at the plate in his past three games only going two for his last eleven at-bats. He is highly recommended to go with in deep fantasy leagues, but he should be avoided right now, if possible, in standard leagues.
