Andre Ethier leaves game with quad tightness

Andre Ethier, batting fifth, went 1-for-1 with a walk and a run scored in Thursday night's game. He was removed with tightness in his quad. (J.P. Hoornstra on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ethier's injury doesn't sound serious, but of course the Dodgers have plenty of outfield depth to rest him for a day or two, possibly through the All-Star break. Stay tuned for updates.
