James Shields with a rough outing Saturday

James Shields went five and one third innings giving up four runs. He allowed five hit while walking four. He struck out five but left the game trailing. He was given a reprieve in the form of a no-decision when the Padres rallied in the ninth to win.
Fantasy Impact:
He is still a talented pitcher and is definitely worth stashing in medium leagues. His performances have been all over the spectrum and as such, he is not the must-start his owners had hoped he would be.
